Take the energy of the seeds with you!
Made from a fine thread weave and intertwined with a twisted para para seed, in this way we honor indigenous materials from our Amazon.
What does the para para/bowling symbolize?
Parapara seed, choloque boliche, jaboncillo: This Amazonian seed is considered a cleansing amulet, widely used by indigenous communities in purification rituals. It has been used ancestrally as a detergent or natural soap thanks to biodegradable substances that help eliminate dirt without contaminating water or soil.
Extent: 25 cm max - adjustable circumference.
We support indigenous communities by acquiring materials in a fair and conscious way.
- We buy our seeds directly from Amazonian communities in both Venezuela (Pemon ethnic group in Bolivar State) and Peru (Awajun ethnic group in Cojdorcanqui province) thanks to the support of the Codespa Foundation and its social entrepreneurship and inclusive business programs in communities living in poverty.
